Where should I send my already invoiced payments?

What will happen to my current warranties?
All outstanding warranties will be honored by Scientific Industries.
Who can I speak with to troubleshoot issues I may be having with a Torbal product?

Where should I send my scales for repair?
Please call our customer service department at 1 866 473-6900 to set up an RMA for any items that must come back for repair. Defective products should be sent to our new location at 70 Orville Dr. Bohemia, NY 11716. RMA# must be noted!
How should I proceed with updating my vendor system?
Please use the billing information for Scientific Industries that was provided. If you require additional paperwork (W-9, references, etc.) Please reach out to our customer service team for assistance.
